bat22 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bat22 ("bat22", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all access to and use of bat22's website, mobile web application, games, sports betting products, live casino services, promotions, and any other features made available through bat22.club or any associated domain.

bat22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Players are advised to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of bat22 after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any revision, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

bat22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players must complete KYC before withdrawals are processed. Documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

bat22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where:

• The player provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• The player is found to have operated multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse or any form of cheating is detected.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

All transactions on bat22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bat22 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider. bat22 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, expedited processing may be subject to a service fee disclosed at time of request.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. bat22 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages or force majeure events.

bat22 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all transactions. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation. bat22 will cooperate with any lawful authority investigating financial crime connected to bat22 accounts.

bat22 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and seasonal offers. Each promotion carries its own specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which must be read together with these general bonus rules. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the following defaults apply:

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Only bets placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Excluded games are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• bat22 may cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a promotion explicitly states that combining is permitted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and report to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, under your own or any other identity.
• Using bots, automated betting scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, glitch or loophole in bat22's systems.
• Engaging in money laundering or using bat22 for any unlawful financial activity.

bat22 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected, bat22 will take immediate action including account closure, freezing of balances and disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the bat22 platform — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video and structural layout — is the property of bat22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or commercially exploit any part of bat22's content without express written permission. Unauthorised use will result in account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

bat22 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat22 makes no warranties of any kind regarding the platform's operation, availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. bat22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond bat 22's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

In no event shall bat22, its directors, officers, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical error, loss of data or interruption of service. bat22's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bat22 is committed to responsible gaming. If you continue to use bat22 after updated Terms are published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account. bat22 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds subject to the Terms in effect at the time of the withdrawal request.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bat22 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating framework. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of bat22 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Any dispute between a player and bat22 arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to bat22 customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate through appropriate legal channels under applicable law.
